I've spent my career behind the scenes — and I wouldn't have it any other way.

For over a decade I've worked alongside CEOs and leadership teams in some of the UK's most complex organisations, as a Chief of Staff, a finance leader and a transformation specialist. I'm CIMA qualified, I hold a Master's in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership from Bayes Business School, and I've operated at board level long enough to know what good looks like - and what gets in the way of it.

When I became a Chief of Staff I knew I'd found my thing. I love being the person behind the vision, making the CEO successful, making the team work better, making the strategy actually happen.

There's something deeply satisfying about freeing up a leader to focus on the things only they can do, while I take care of everything that would otherwise eat their time and energy. I have high emotional intelligence, sound judgment and the kind of presence that means people tell me things, which as Chief of Staff is half the job. And then I get things done.

I started fractionelle because I wanted to bring that to more people. Not just the organisations big enough to justify a full-time hire, but the busy founders, the owner-led businesses and the growing companies who need exactly this kind of support and have never had access to it.

Our consultants bring serious, senior experience and we work with a small number of clients at a time, deliberately, so the work is always done properly.
